Jonathan Ropella

Jonathan Ropella is a seasoned professional in strategy and corporate development, currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy & Product Management at The Vollrath Company since November 2023. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Sr. Director of Strategy & Corporate Development, where responsibilities included leading mergers and acquisitions. Jonathan's prior experience includes significant roles at Oshkosh Corporation, including Director of Strategy & Corporate Development for the Vocational Segment, and various positions in strategy and corporate development, demonstrating a strong focus on M&A and strategic initiatives. Additionally, Jonathan served on the Board of Directors for BME Fire Trucks and contributed to corporate development at Pierce Manufacturing. Jonathan holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a finance focus from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
