Jonathan Ropella

Jonathan Ropella has extensive experience in strategy and corporate development, holding various leadership positions in prominent companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy & Product Management at The Vollrath Company, Jonathan previously led mergers and acquisitions at Oshkosh Corporation in multiple roles, including Director for the Vocational Segment and Sr. Director of Strategy & Corporate Development. Jonathan's background includes managing financial modeling and strategic planning at Oshkosh Corporation, as well as board membership at BME Fire Trucks. Jonathan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and a minor in Chemistry, both from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
