Igor Gurovich

Igor Gurovich is a seasoned entrepreneur and mentor with extensive experience in various sectors, including digital marketing, EdTech, and SaaS. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of VOLNA, Igor specializes in relocation and employment assistance for medical professionals in the UAE, Germany, and the US. Igor also contributes as a Startup Mentor at ULTRA.VC and as an Advisor and Board Member at UXPressia. Previously, Igor co-founded Refocus, an EdTech company recognized as the leading educational platform in the Philippines, and served as a Startup Mentor for Startup Wise Guys. As Co-founder and COO of Qmarketing Academy, Igor focused on digital performance marketing and educational initiatives. Earlier roles include Digital Strategy Director at Wunderman Thompson and Senior Digital Manager at adidas CIS. Igor holds a Master's degree in International Business from the Higher School of Economics.
