Nandhu Mohan Sobhana

Nandhu Mohan Sobhana currently serves as Vice President and Head of Cell Engineering and Product Design at Volnay Therapeutics, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Nandhu held several roles at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from July 2021 to September 2024, including Head of Cell Therapy Discovery Core and Director of Cell Therapy Innovation IND Engine. Nandhu's academic career includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Upstate Medical University from April 2016 to June 2018 and completing postdoctoral research at Harvard Medical School and The Ohio State University. Educational qualifications include a Post Doctoral Research Associate degree from Harvard Medical School and a Post Doctoral Research Fellow degree from The Ohio State University.
