Aaron Krotman

Aaron Krotman has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Director of Finance and Operations at Volo Sports, a position they began in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Power Train Sports and Fitness, starting in 2018. At Power Train, they held multiple roles including Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, where they were responsible for driving sales growth in the Rockville area and exceeding sales goals. Additionally, they served as a Performance Director, leading a team and exceeding client expectations for training. Aaron started at Power Train as an Assistant Performance Director, contributing to the company's success from 2018 to 2020. Before joining Power Train, Aaron worked as an Account Executive at Cloud Age Solutions in 2017.

Aaron Krotman has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware, which they obtained between 2013 and 2017. Aaron is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Maryland Global Campus, with an expected completion between 2022 and 2024. Additionally, Aaron has obtained a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in April 2021.
