Harry Beukelman has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Harry started their career as a Trade Advisor at the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce in the US Inc. in 1993 and worked there until 2000. From 1999 to 2001, they were the Director of Strategic Business Development at BC Hothouse Inc.
In 2002, Beukelman joined Western Seed International as the Country Manager and held this position until 2009. During their time there, they played a key role in managing the company's operations.
Beukelman then joined Monsanto Vegetable Seeds in 2009 as the Commercial Lead, responsible for leading the company's commercial activities. Harry Beukelman attended the Agricultural University, Delft from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a degree in Marketing & Logistics (Ing.). In 2005 and 2006, they took MBA-courses at Strayer University. In 2008, Harry attended Purdue University for the ASTA Management Course. From 2009 to 2017, they pursued multiple Management and Leadership courses at Washington University/Monsanto.
