Dinesh Sharma

Dinesh Sharma is the Founder at Volody Products. Prior to this, they were with CRISIL Ltd from August 2009 to May 2014 as the Global CFO, heading the entire financial accounting(F&A), tax, treasury & company secretarial affairs of eight group companies based out of India, China, US & Europe. Dinesh was also responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and was part of M&A initiatives team. From June 2007 to August 2009, they were with TechProcess Solutions Ltd as the CFO, heading the entire financial, tax, treasury, legal, secretarial & compliance affairs of the company. Dinesh has also been responsible for fund raising and buy-back exercise, pricing / costing, infrastructure fit-out and part of purchase decision committee.

Dinesh Sharma is an entrepreneur with a background in international business and growth strategies. Dinesh graduated from The Wharton School and then went on to become a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Dinesh is also a company secretary with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a degree in B Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
