Konstantinos Amplianitis, PhD, has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Konstantinos co-founded and served as the Executive Director of Volograms, a company focused on developing products in the field of computer vision. Konstantinos also held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Volograms, where they played a key role in raising seed capital and securing research grants. Additionally, they served as the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) at Volograms, where they were involved in raising pre-seed capital and played a vital role in defining the company's backend API and programming standards.

Amplianitis also worked as a Professor at IU International University of Applied Sciences, where they contributed to the design and delivery of computer vision courses for the Distance Studies program. Prior to this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin, where they conducted research in the areas of natural image matting and 3D reconstruction for volumetric video. Konstantinos Amplianitis, PhD has a diverse education history. Konstantinos first pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Theory and Composition at NEFELI Conservatory of Music. Konstantinos then obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Classical Piano Performance, also from NEFELI Conservatory of Music.
