Kashish Gupta has a range of professional experiences, starting with a summer internship at MAHLE in 2010. They then worked as a Sales Engineer and later as a Senior Sales Engineer at Larsen & Toubro, where they achieved high sales targets, generated significant annual sales, and handled a troubleshooting team. Kashish also served as the Head Account Manager at Craft & Kreation, overseeing account management responsibilities.
In 2016, Kashish joined Schindler Group as a Key Account Executive and was credited with increasing revenue from a key client, improving customer satisfaction, and expanding the lead funnel.
From 2018 to 2021, Kashish worked at Travelstop as a Sales Manager and later as a Senior Sales Manager. They were responsible for promoting AI-powered SaaS tools for business travel and expenses management, working with world-class investors and contributing to the company's growth.
Currently, Kashish is the Head of Sales at Volopay, where they lead the sales team and drive business development efforts.
Kashish Gupta completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from S P Jain School of Global Management from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Kashish also obtained various certifications, including "Experience Innovation and IDEO's Design Thinking" from S P Jain School of Global Management in January 2018, "Simulation: Team Building for Business Professionals" from SP Jain School of Global Management - Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore & Sydney in November 2017, and "Retail Management in UAE with Carrefour as a case study" from SP Jain School of Global Management - Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore & Sydney in August 2017.
