Gabriel Schmilovich Isgut has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Gabriel started their career at Celta Assistance in 1998 as a Call Center Supervisor, where they supervised teams and made decisions regarding assistance coverage. In 2003, they joined Aena's Commercial Economic Planning Department, where they were responsible for income control and budgeting. In 2006, they became the Head of Network Planning, Scheduling, and Slots at Spanair, leading a team and ensuring profitability and route optimization. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Vueling in various roles, including Director of Network Strategy, Development & Planning, and Manager of Scheduling, Slots, Traffic Rights & Distribution. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Volotea.
Gabriel Schmilovich Isgut attended the IESE Business School in 2018, where they completed the Management Executive Development Program, known as PDD. In 2013, they enrolled in Esade to pursue the Leadership Series: Effective and Intelligent Negotiation course. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2003, Gabriel pursued a Master's degree in Aeronautics and Airports at Universidad CEU San Pablo. Lastly, from 1998 to 2001, they obtained a degree in Tourism Administration and Business Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
