Maria Pavon

Maria Pavon possesses extensive experience in the aviation and hospitality industries, having worked with Volotea since March 2012 in various roles, including Cabin Crew Head of Standards & Procedures and Cabin Crew Training Manager. Prior to Volotea, Maria worked at CrownResorts as a Desk Receptionist and held a Master Professor position at Aerotec focused on Aeronautical Interview Preparation and Recruitment. Maria's career began at Spanair as Cabin Crew from July 2006 to October 2010, with additional experience as Cabin Crew for Audeli and an Internship Receptionist at Hotel Los Alamos. Maria holds a Bachelor of Tourism from Universidad de Málaga and completed a course in Human Resources Management at the University of Navarra in 2020.
