Santiago Carvallo

Santiago Carvallo has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Santiago worked as the IT Director (Distribution & Payments) at Volotea starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Reservation & Distribution Systems IT Manager at Volotea from March 2012 to April 2023. Before Volotea, Santiago was the Commercial Systems Manager at Spanair from March 2010 to July 2012. Santiago also worked as an IT Consultant for commercial and sales channels at Vueling Airlines from July 2009 to June 2010. Earlier in their career, Santiago worked as an IT Project Manager at clickair from May 2007 to October 2009. Santiago was also a Senior Technician at NEXICA from December 2006 to May 2007, where they managed internal systems and resolved incidents for customers. Santiago's earliest experience was as an IT Coordinator at Jets Marivent MAE S.L. from November 2003 to November 2006, where they handled data network and system tasks for multiple branches.

Santiago Carvallo obtained a Master's degree from Universitat Ramon Llull in the year 2002-2003, and also received another Master's degree from La Salle during the same period. Prior to that, they pursued their Engineering degree in IT from Universidad de Cuenca from 1995 to 2000.
