During the same year, Jules attended a course at The Interaction Design Foundation, specializing in User Experience Design.

Jules further expanded their expertise in UX through certifications. They obtained several certifications, such as Mobile User Experience (UX) Design, The Brain and Technology: Brain Science in Interface Design, and UX Management: Strategy and Tactics from the Interaction Design Foundation. They also completed a Master Digital Product Design: UX Research & UI Design certification from Udemy.

In 2023, Jules obtained a certification in UX Management from HEC Montréal, adding to their repertoire of qualifications.
