Marlinda Siegfried

Marlinda Siegfried, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as People Manager (HR) at Volpara Health since January 2020. Previously, Marlinda was the Human Resources Manager at Seattle Waldorf School from December 2011 to July 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing all HR functions and administering the student financial aid program. As a Principal at Siegfried Consulting from November 2010 to December 2015, Marlinda provided consulting services focused on policy development and staff training for financial aid programs. Additional experience includes serving as Admission Director at Villa Academy from July 2001 to June 2010 and as Admission Associate at University Preparatory School for the 2000-2001 academic year. Marlinda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies and Geography from Macalester College and pursued further education at the University of Washington from 2011 to 2012.
