Biplab Banerjee

Biplab Banerjee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries.

Biplab started their career in 2012 as a Senior Project Engineer at MANN Automation Engineering and Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they worked on various industrial automation projects for clients such as Satyasai Agro Oils Pvt. Ltd. and Dawat Rice Ltd. Their responsibilities included PLC programming, SCADA programming, logic designing, panel designing, installation, and commissioning of automation products, as well as electrical and electronic instrument maintenance.

In 2015, Biplab joined IBM as a Business Operations Associate, where they focused on telecom charging, value-added services, subscription engine, and application support. Biplab also dealt with configuration and maintenance of billing databases.

Biplab later transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Specialist at IBM, where they were involved in service delivery platforms, mobile VAS, financial order management systems, disaster recovery drills, and maintaining SLAs and KPIs.

In 2017, Biplab moved to Amdocs as a Technical and Business Analyst. During their time there, they worked on analyzing and supporting technical and business aspects of the company's operations.

From 2018 to 2021, Biplab worked at Ericsson, initially as an Engineer and then as a Delivery Lead. As an Engineer, they contributed to various projects, and as a Delivery Lead, they took on responsibilities for project delivery.

Currently, Biplab is working at Volt Active Data as a PreSales & Customer Success Consultant for the India and EMEA regions. Their primary role involves assisting customers in designing distributed and scalable backend data systems, and they were the first hire of Volt in India.

Biplab Banerjee holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2020, the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2017, and the PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2020.
