Head of Customer Success at Volt Athletics

Bo Pearson has worked in the sports industry since 2013. Bo began their career as a Marketing/Sales Intern at the Tacoma Rainiers in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Coach & Instructor at Northwest Prospects Academy, and as a Sport Science Research and Team Sales Intern at Volt Athletics. In 2015, they were promoted to Head of Customer Success at Volt Athletics. Bo also held the role of Customer Education Manager, where they served as the primary customer voice for the business, selected a Learning Management System (LMS) and launched a self-service customer onboarding experience, owned customer onboarding kpi's and operations, and planned and executed educational content strategy. In 2017, they moved to Force 10 Performance as an Athletic Performance Coach.

Bo Pearson obtained their BS in Kinesiology from Pacific Lutheran University. In December 2016, they earned their Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In September 2019, they also earned their Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
