Jesse Nesbella has been working in the software engineering field since 2012. In that year, they began working as a Frontend Developer at Carnegie Learning, where they transitioned from Java Swing X developer and built Angular components with an emphasis on web accessibility. In 2014, they moved to Turnitin, where they were a Senior Software Engineer and the architecture and implementation lead for a project that presented similarity reports of student writing. Jesse also coordinated a team that spanned three time zones. In 2020, they became a Principal Software Engineer at Chomee, a web app to transform the assurance and risk advisory service market. In this role, they were the chief technical officer and manager of all business technologies, as well as the architect, engineer, and devops for the serverless web app. Most recently, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at Volt Athletics in 2021.
Jesse Nesbella attended Saint Francis University from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
