Jacob's educational background includes studying Handel och administration with a focus on sales, trade, and marketing at Gymnasieakademin, after completing their basic education at Nya Påvelundskolan.

Volt is a part of Varner which houses 13 fashion concepts with a total of 11.000 employees and 1.500 stores in 8 different countries. The Service office is located at Slependen outside Oslo.
