Mark Fama

Mark Fama has extensive experience in IT management and development, beginning with an IT Support Technician role at Volt from 1991 to 2001, providing support for various operating systems. Fama progressed to a System Engineer at Maintech from 2001 to 2005, managing user domain accounts and configuring backup servers. Fama then served as a Web Application Developer at Volt from 2005 to 2008, developing an in-house recruitment system. Since March 2008, Fama has been the IT Operations Manager at Volt Workforce Solutions, overseeing a team responsible for managing over 300 virtual servers and supporting essential applications using VMWare and Oracle Virtual Machines. Fama holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
