Ann Hollins is the SVP & CHRO at [Volt Information Sciences](/org/volt-workforce-solutions). Ann has over 25 years of experience in human resources and has held senior leadership positions at [Weight Watchers](/org/weight-watchers), [Volt Information Sciences](/org/volt-workforce-solutions), and Zelis. 

Ann began their career at [Weight Watchers](/org/weight-watchers) in August 2013 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Ann was with the company for just over a year before moving on to [Volt Information Sciences](/org/volt-workforce-solutions) in January 2016. At [Volt](/org/volt), Ann served as the SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for three years. In this role, they were responsible for leading the global HR team and overseeing all HR functions for the company. 

In February 2020, Ann joined Zelis as the EVP, Chief People Officer. Zelis is a healthcare and financial technology growth company that provides claims cost management and payments optimization solutions to payers, healthcare providers, and consumers. Ann is responsible for leading the HR function at Zelis and overseeing all aspects of employee experience, including recruiting, talent management, benefits, and employee relations.

Ann Hollins has a MBA in Finance and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA in Human Resources from [University of Iowa](/org/university-of-iowa).

Lenny Naujokas is the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at [Volt Information Sciences](/org/volt-workforce-solutions). Lenny has over 25 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. 

Lenny began their career at KPMG Peat Marwick in 1993 and worked their way up to Manager over the next seven years. In 2000, they transitioned to [Arrow Electronics](/org/arrow-electronics) as their Finance Manager. Three years later, they joined [Motorola](/org/motorola) as their Director of Accounting. 

Lenny spent almost 10 years with [Motorola](/org/motorola) before moving to Monster Worldwide, Inc. in 2011 where they became the Senior Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. Lenny held this position for just over a year before joining [Volt Information Sciences](/org/volt-workforce-solutions) in 2012.

Lenny Naujokas has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John's University in the Peter J. Tobin College of Business.

Lenny Naujokas reports to Linda Perneau, President and Chief Executive Officer. They work with Ann Hollins - SVP & CHRO, Herb Mueller - Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Lori Schultz - Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Lewis brings over 35 years of sales and operations expertise to the Company. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Revenue, North America, at Resources Global Professionals ("RGP"), a multinational provider of professional consulting services and the operating subsidiary of Resources Connection, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company. In 2021, he was promoted to lead the sales teams of RGP's North American consulting practice after successfully managing local and regional geographies over the prior ten years. Earlier in his career, Lewis was with Jefferson Wells in business development, Exide Technologies as vice president of service operations, and [The Clorox Company](/org/the-clorox-company) in supply chain management.
