Mona Whitley is a seasoned staffing and human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations management. They served as Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at SunTrust Banks from 2005 to 2012, where they developed and implemented proactive recruiting strategies. Mona later worked at Adecco as a Regional Operations Manager and Director of Strategic Accounts between 2012 and 2017.
