Rich's career in sales began at CDW, where tenure spanned from March 2001 to January 2018, and earlier experience includes a role as an Account Representative at IBM from December 1985 to March 2001. Rich obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky between 1981 and 1985.
