Tal Klein began their work experience as a Senior Economist at Bazan Oil Refinery in 2006. Their role involved assessing the economic viability of large-scale projects and analyzing financial aspects of major contracts. In 2007, they joined EY as the Senior Manager, Head of Valuations, Modeling, and Economics. During their tenure, they led a team of analysts, economists, lawyers, and accountants and supported prominent transactions in various sectors. In 2019, Tal became the Head of Economics and Control at max by Leumi Card. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Volta Belting Technology, starting in 2023.
