Mélanie Bourgeois

Mélanie Bourgeois has extensive work experience as an Art Director and Concept Artist. Mélanie has worked at VOLTA since 2012, initially as an Art Director - Concept Artist and currently as an Art Director. Additionally, Mélanie worked as an Adjunct Professor at Université Laval starting in 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Communications at IGDA Quebec from 2010 to 2013. Mélanie also has experience as a Freelance Concept Artist and Illustrator, creating designs and assets for 2D games. Mélanie worked at Genia as a 2D artist from 2010 to 2011, and at ENDI as a Lead Artist for their flash team from 2009 to 2010.

Mélanie Bourgeois began their education in 2007 at Université Laval where they pursued a degree in 2D/3D animation and completed it in 2010. Additionally, in 2009 to 2010, they obtained a professional certification in video game from the school ENDI. Further details regarding their educational experiences at L.-J.R are not provided.
