Andrew Schraad has been working in the logistics and construction industries since 2006. Andrew began their career at Welsh & Colliers MSP as a Project Manager - Welsh Construction, where they managed the development of scope, budget and schedules for assigned projects, estimated and created budgets for retail, medical and industrial tenant improvement construction projects, set and oversaw construction schedules, and negotiated and executed all contracts and pricing agreements with vendors. In 2009, they joined Hydrametrics as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for direct contact with subcontractors and other clients to resolve issues, concerns and contracts, creating and overseeing project schedules, and creating contracts, change orders and invoices for various jobs. In 2012, they joined Coyote Logistics as a Logistics Coordinator. Finally, in 2015, they joined Volta Logistics, Inc. as a Sales Manager and Logistics Coordinator.

Andrew Schraad graduated from Centennial High School in 2003 with a General Education degree. Andrew then attended North Dakota State University to pursue a degree in Business Administration / Construction Management.
