Bruno Silva

Bruno Silva is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the photovoltaic power sector. Currently serving as the Global Engineering Manager at Voltalia since July 2018, Bruno has held multiple roles within the company, including Regional Manager for South Europe and Africa and Electrical Engineering Coordinator. Previous experience includes a tenure at EFACEC from January 2009 to July 2018 as a Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the project design and execution of various photovoltaic power plants. Major projects led by Bruno include installations ranging from 2MW to 30MW across Europe. Early career experience includes project engineering roles at Martifer Solar and Efacec, specializing in photovoltaic systems and SCADA installations, respectively. Bruno holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, completed in 2005.
