Gregory Shaw

Gregory Shaw is an experienced environmental and social advisor with a strong background in renewable energy development and environmental planning. Currently serving as a Global E&S Advisor and E&S Regional Manager for Africa and Europe at Voltalia since August 2022, Greg has previously held notable positions as Operations Manager and Consultant Manager at CES Environmental and Social Advisory Services, as well as Principal Consultant and Business Development Manager at EOH Coastal and Environmental Services. With expertise in Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, compliance monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and project management, Greg has managed all phases of the project life cycle across various sectors, including marine and coastal ecology, and offshore renewable energy. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Botany and Ecology from Nelson Mandela University and a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Management from the University of Port Elizabeth.
