Henri-François Prat

Henri-François PRAT currently serves as Directeur Opérations et Services and Directeur Construction Groupe at Voltalia, overseeing global construction activities. Prior to this role, Henri-François held several key positions at AREVA, including Managing Director of Bioenergy Europe, where substantial EPC contracts for biomass power plants were negotiated and executed, culminating in significant project deliveries and the achievement of zero accidents through effective health and safety protocols. Additionally, Henri-François served as Chief Operation Officer for Areva Bioenergy and Large Project Director at AREVA T&D, leading large-scale projects such as the revamping of the western Algerian grid. The career began at Cegelec, managing international EPC contracts. Educational qualifications include a recent certificat from Sciences Po in corporate governance, executive education at Harvard Business School, and various engineering and management degrees from I.A.E. Toulouse, ENSEEIHT, and Université Paul Sabatier.
