Hugo Palma

Hugo Palma is a seasoned professional in the field of asset management and operational performance, currently serving as the Global O&M Performance Manager at Voltalia since June 2023, where responsibilities include building and managing a Performance team across LATAM and EMEA regions. Prior to this role, Hugo worked at Ventient Energy as the Operational Asset Performance Manager, facilitating collaboration between operational areas and enhancing efficiency in wind farms. From January 2007 to November 2021, Hugo held multiple leadership positions at Iberwind, culminating as the Head of the Asset Management Department, overseeing functional management and policy coordination.
