Rakesh Tripathi

Rakesh Tripathi is an experienced business leader with a strong background in the engineering and commercial sectors. Currently serving as the Business Head for the Commercial Air Conditioning Business at Voltas Limited, Rakesh oversees a significant P&L amounting to approximately Rs 1500 Cr (USD 180 Mn). Prior to this role, Rakesh was the Global Business Head for Heating at Thermax Limited, responsible for a global P&L of about USD 150 Mn and held prominent board positions with several subsidiaries. Rakesh has also held leadership roles at Praj Industries, Larsen & Toubro, and served as a chief representative in Beijing, demonstrating a robust history in business development, project management, and marketing across various sectors. Rakesh holds an LLB from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, a Senior Executive Programme from London Business School, and a BE in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
