Sanchal S Endupuri

Sanchal S Endupuri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, corporate planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Manager of Strategy and Corporate Planning at Voltas Limited since April 2022, Sanchal manages the entire lifecycle of M&A proposals and develops new business strategies based on market analysis. Prior to this role, Sanchal worked at TATA Power from July 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading financial and legal due diligence for significant thermal asset acquisitions and overseeing corporate tax matters as Assistant Manager. Earlier experience includes auditing for listed companies at Girish Murthy and Kumar. Sanchal holds a Masterclass on Leadership from the Indian School of Business and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
