Sorabh Talwar

Sorabh Talwar currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Voltas Limited, part of the Tata Group, where responsibilities include leading the three-year strategic business plan and overseeing inorganic growth initiatives. Previously, Sorabh held multiple strategic roles at Mahindra Group, achieving significant milestones such as scaling retail leasing operations to over ₹800 Crores within two years and successfully launching the Mahindra One customer-experience platform, which generated $30 million in GMV. Sorabh's career began at Hyundai Motor India as an Area Sales Manager, with subsequent positions in supply chain, procurement, and equity analysis. Sorabh holds a PGPM in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian School of Business and a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia.
