Ajay Soni

Ajay Soni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and sales management within the electronics and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the National Training & Sellout Manager at VoltasBeko since May 2022, Ajay previously held the position of Regional Sales Training Manager at LG Electronics from February 2019 to May 2022. Prior roles include Regional Training Manager at Panasonic India Pvt Ltd, Sr. Sales Trainer at Sony Electronics, and various training positions at NIIT Limited, Videocon Telecommunications Ltd, NOKIA (IIRT), and Airtel. With a PGDBM in Marketing from NIILM CMS and a B.E in Electronics & Telecommunication, Ajay has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement effective training programs, leading to recognitions such as Best Performance of the Year for FY 16-17.
