Justin Hancock

Justin Hancock has over 26 years of professional experience, starting in 1994 as a Technical Support Engineer at Evesham Technology. Justin then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Pars Technology, followed by a Developer role at West Australia Water Corporation. In 1998, they joined Amdocs as a Senior Technical Consultant and went on to work as a Solution Architect at Qualcomm in 2006. In 2008, they became a Senior Hadoop Developer at DataSift and in 2012, they joined Cloudera as a Customer Operations Engineer. Justin was promoted to Technical Customer Success Manager, Manager - Strategic Customer Success, International Leader Customer Success, Director, WW Customer Success, and Senior Director, WW Customer Success. In 2021, they were appointed Vice President Pre-Sales and Customer Success at Volt Active Data.

Justin Hancock attended Potterspury Primary and then went on to study Business Information Technology at Bournemouth University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in 1997.
