Katie Wilson, CHRP

Katie Wilson, CHRP has four years of experience in the Human Resources field. Katie began their career in 2015 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies. In 2017, they moved to Randstad as a Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist. In 2018, they joined Athena Software as a Human Resources Coordinator and was later promoted to Human Resources Generalist. Currently, they are the People Operations Lead at Voltera since 2021.

Katie Wilson, CHRP obtained their Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in July 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Honours Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University between 2009 and 2013. Katie also obtained an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College between 2013 and 2014. In September 2018, Wilson obtained a LGBT Workplace Inclusion Certificate from Pride at Work Canada / Fierté au travail Canada.
