Julien Braconnier currently serves as the Director of Hospitality & Real Estate at Voltere by Egis since April 2023, while also functioning as the Managing Director of Development, Acquisitions, and Investment for BO HOSPITALITY since March 2015. Braconnier has extensive expertise in real estate asset management, investment projects, and operations across various hospitality sectors, including managing day-to-day operations for both franchised and independent hotels. Prior roles include Director of Investment & Development at NIPA Capital, and Director of Acquisition & Development at Leonardo Hotels, where responsibilities involved European market development, deal structuring, and the creation of new hospitality concepts. Earlier experience includes serving as Franchise Operations Director at Choice Hotels Europe and Operations Director at both Clarion Hotel Château Belmont and DOMITYS, among others. Education includes a foundation from PDS School.
