Afshin Doostdar

Afshin Doostdar has been working in the industry since 2014. Afshin began as a Student Assistant at the Institute of Structural Mechanics and Lightweight Design (SLA) at RWTH Aachen University. In 2016, they became a Student Assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT. In 2017, they took on a role as a Student Analyst at Schuh & Co. Komplexitätsmanagement and a Praktikant im Bereich Lead Time Management at Daimler AG. In 2020, they became the CTO & Founder of Voltfang.

Afshin Doostdar completed a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Fachrichtung Maschinenbau from RWTH Aachen University from 2013 to 2018. Afshin also studied at San Diego State University from 2015 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen FR Maschinenbau. Doostdar then returned to RWTH Aachen University to pursue a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, which they completed in 2020. Afshin also studied at Seoul National University in 2019, where they earned a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen FR Maschinenbau.
