Previously held leadership positions at Axel Springer as Head of Advertising for Baden-Württemberg, where responsibilities included sales transformation and new business management. Prior experience includes project management at Südwestdeutsche Medienholding GmbH and media sales leadership roles at Mediengruppe Oberfranken and Mediengruppe Main-Post. Manuel's educational background includes an MBA in Digital Marketing and Data Management from Fachhochschule des BFI Wien, alongside additional qualifications in digital transformation and change management.
