Responsible for managing and coaching franchise outlets in the South region of Greece, ensuring sales quotas are met, and providing support to sales representatives. Also has experience as a Customer Care Representative in retail chains and indirect networks, providing training and support to representatives through various communication channels. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.
