Charles Garcia

Charles Garcia has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries and roles. Charles most recently served as the CFO of VoltServer Inc. starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they held the positions of Vice President Operations and Director Of Internal Operations at the same company from November 2018 to November 2018. Charles played a crucial role in VoltServer's development and implementation of Digital Electricity technology.

Before joining VoltServer, Charles worked as the Principal at Odyssey Consulting, LLC for nearly a decade, from 2006 to 2015. At Stanford Financial, they served as the General Manager and was responsible for leading the strategic turnaround of the company's Bank Portfolio. Their efforts resulted in improved capital deployment, product margins, product portfolio, and customer satisfaction, leading to a successful strategic acquisition and IPO. Charles also gained experience as an Internal Consultant at THE DYSON-KISSNER-MORAN CORPORATION and as a Financial Analyst at Genomic Solutions.

In the early stages of their career, Charles was the Managing Consultant at Spectrum Management Group and an Operations Manager at GE. These roles provided him with valuable experience in managing operations and providing consulting services.

Charles Garcia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Venture Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, attending from 1997 to 1999.
