Dr. Antonio Rodolfo dos Santos has an extensive work experience in the field of materials engineering and research and development. From 1999 to 2001, they were a Juniorforscher at Universidade de São Paulo. Dr. Antonio Rodolfo then became an MSc-Student at the Institute of Chemistry São Carlos - University of São Paulo from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter mit akademischem Abschluss at the Research Center for Fuel Cell and Hydrogen. From 2008 to 2012, they were a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (Postdoktorand) at the Energie-Forschungszentrum Niedersachsen - Technische Universität Clausthal, where they worked on a project related to the development of new large-area bipolar plates for redox-flow batteries. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter (Postdoktorand) at the Energie-Forschungszentrum Niedersachsen - ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solution AG, where they worked on a project related to the assembly and commissioning of a vanadium redox-flow pilot plant for stationary energy storage. Since 2017, they have been a Senior Materials Engineer and Research & Development Engineer at VoltStorage.

Dr. Antonio Rodolfo dos Santos has a comprehensive education history. Dr. Antonio Rodolfo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Physics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2000. Dr. Antonio Rodolfo then went on to earn their Master's degree in Physical Chemistry from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2003. Following this, they completed their PhD in Materials Science from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2007 and a Postdoctoral in Chemical and Electrochemical Process Technology from Technische Universität Clausthal in 2017.
