Harrison Glenn is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in managing technology and engineering teams across various industries. Currently serving as the Field Engineering Manager at Voltus since 2022, Harrison leads Engineering Operations for Virtual Power Plants, optimizing the Alberta power grid and other major markets, achieving significant Demand Response capacity in a short timeframe. Previous roles include acting as the Test & Validation Manager at Xos Trucks, where leadership of a multi-disciplinary team focused on R&D and component validation, and a tenure at Virgin Orbit, highlighted by rapid development of critical medical devices during the COVID-19 pandemic.
