Terence Poole

Terence Poole has a diverse work experience. Terence is currently working as a Dispatch Operations Lead at Voltus, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Financial Data Analyst at Summit CPA Group from May 2021 to April 2022. Terence also has experience at Telstra, where they served as a Senior Contract Specialist from November 2011 to November 2019. During their time at Telstra, they successfully implemented a billing tool, reducing resourcing requirements and implementing a new pricing structure. Before Telstra, Terence worked as a Client Services representative at Colonial First State for a brief period in 2011. Terence also has experience as an Account Manager at Hannover Fairs Australia, where they successfully sold event floor-space and conducted meetings with senior executives. Terence's earliest work experience dates back to 2004 when they worked as an Aquaculture Technician at Good Fortune Bay Fisheries, where they managed various projects and oversaw construction tasks.

Terence Poole completed a Master of Science in Data Science from Rochester Institute of Technology from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from James Cook University between 2008 and 2010. Their undergraduate studies took place at James Cook University as well, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aquaculture from 2003 to 2007.
