Jessica Theiss

Jessica Theiss has a diverse work experience in the field of Environmental, Health & Safety. Jessica is currently working as the Director of Environmental, Health & Safety at Voltyx since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Health, Safety and Environmental at Electric Power Systems from October 2022 to February 2023. Jessica also worked as the Division Safety Manager at the same company from August 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining Electric Power Systems, Jessica worked at Energis High Voltage Resources for a significant period. Jessica served as the Manager of Safety & Compliance from July 2020 to August 2022 and as the Manager of Safety, Training & Human Resources from February 2019 to July 2020. Additionally, they held the role of Human Resources Manager from December 2010 to February 2019 and started their career at the company as a Safety Coordinator from February 2008 to December 2010.

Jessica Theiss also gained experience outside of the Environmental, Health & Safety field during their time at Target. Jessica worked as an Executive Team Lead from June 2007 to March 2008 and as a Team Lead from March 2005 to June 2007.

Jessica Theiss obtained their Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science - Worksite Health Promotions from Winona State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they also hold a certification as a Certified Utility Safety Professional, which they obtained in April 2021 from the UTILITY SAFETY & OPS LEADERSHIP NETWORK NFP.
