Torbjorn Sjoberg

Torbjorn Sjoberg has extensive work experience in various roles related to agile coaching, change management, program management, and project management. Torbjorn began their career in 2000 as a Project Manager at Connecta, where they handled the launch of a new internet bank/trade service. Torbjorn then worked as a Senior Project Manager at Cision Nordics, where they were responsible for project management, business and IT development, and process and methods development.

In 2006, Torbjorn joined GE Capital, first as a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager and later as a Nordic Service Desk Manager and Service Delivery Manager. At GE Capital, they oversaw service delivery and maintenance of the IT environment and implemented ITIL principles.

From 2012 to 2013, Torbjorn served as the Head of Project Management Office at Visma Commerce AB, where they established a Project Management Office and managed the project portfolio.

Torbjorn then held positions at Svea Ekonomi AB and Ecru Consulting as a Senior Consultant, focusing on agile coaching, business development, and change management.

From 2015 to 2017, Torbjorn worked as an Agile Development Manager at Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics, where they implemented efficient work processes and led an agile team for a system upgrade project. Torbjorn also served as a Program Lead for migration projects involving card customer transfers.

In 2018, Torbjorn joined OKQ8 as an Agile Coach, assisting in the company's agile transformation and product management initiatives. Torbjorn later became a Team Lead/Agile Coach, managing a migration project and leading specialists in the card platform team.

Most recently, Torbjorn worked at MUM Consulting as a Senior Consultant, providing agile coaching and change management services. Torbjorn is currently working at Volue as a Lead Program Manager.

Throughout their career, Torbjorn has played key roles in organizational change, implementation of agile methodologies, and successful project delivery.

Torbjorn Sjoberg received a BBA in Marketing from Mälardalen University in 1995-1996. Torbjorn also obtained a BSc. in Information Systems with a focus on Systems Development from the same university from 1993-1996. Prior to this, they earned a University Diploma in BA specializing in Business Administration, Economics, and Marketing from the University of Gävle from 1991-1993.
