Silvia Scalisi

Silvia Scalisi has worked as a full stack developer since 2018, first at Volumental and then at Avalanche Studios. Prior to this, they were a fullstack developer at Star Stable Entertainment AB from 2016 to 2018. From 2012 to 2016, they were a software programmer at Euregio Srl, where they developed a tool for automatic recognition of all the parts of an article, based on XML and OCR. Silvia also collaborated with FBK for the development of a tool, based on Machine Learning, for automatic recognition of an article from a PDF and classification of its part. From 2011 to 2012, they were a programmer at Dental Technologies Integration's Srl and from 2008 to 2011, they were an RPG programmer at Dedagroup spa.

Silvia Scalisi's education history includes a BSc in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Palermo between 2002 and 2007, an MSc in System and Networks from Università di Trento between 2007 and 2011, and a secondary education from Liceo Scientifico V. Fardella. Silvia also holds certifications from Open2Study in User Experience for the Web obtained in May 2016 and from Code School in Shaping up with Angular.js.
