Costel Serbea

Costel Serbea is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Global Operations at Volumetric Building Companies, Costel previously held key positions at Nexii Building Solutions as the Director of Plant Launch, and at BW GLOBAL Structures Inc. as Director of Operations. Early career experience includes roles at the Romanian Navy, where Costel was a Counter Piracy Officer and a Mine Countermeasures Officer. Costel holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering with honors from the United States Naval Academy, focusing on Robotics and Controls.
