Fanny Marchand

Fanny Marchand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in humanitarian and development programs. Since June 2021, Fanny serves as an Associate Partner and CEO of the Voluntas Foundation, as well as Advisor and Head of the Tunis Office at Voluntās. Prior to this, Fanny held significant roles at the Danish Refugee Council from 2017 to 2021, including Chief of Party for the Mediterranean Mixed Migration Program and Regional Program Specialist. Fanny has also contributed as a Head of Programme for various humanitarian organizations, and has provided consultancy and training in Yemen on UNSCR 1325. With multiple advanced degrees in International Law and Humanitarian Action from reputable institutions, Fanny's expertise is underpinned by a strong educational foundation.
