Niklas Kabel Pedersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international development, electoral management, and operations. Currently serving as Senior Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Voluntās since January 2020, responsibilities include overseeing global operations and leading a growing team across multiple countries. Prior roles encompass various senior positions at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems, the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Danish Institute for Human Rights, along with lecturing on nation building and democratization at the Global Campus of Human Rights. Niklas Kabel Pedersen holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen and has a background in military training with a focus on Arabic language and Middle Eastern politics.
