Prior roles encompass various senior positions at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems, the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Danish Institute for Human Rights, along with lecturing on nation building and democratization at the Global Campus of Human Rights. Niklas Kabel Pedersen holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen and has a background in military training with a focus on Arabic language and Middle Eastern politics.
