Sayem Arafat

Sayem Arafat is a proficient leader and advocate for youth empowerment in Bangladesh, currently serving as the General Secretary for Volunteer for Bangladesh in the Dhaka Division and as the recipient of the EMK Small Grant 2024 for the Voice of Tomorrow project. With extensive experience leading various initiatives such as the Bangladesh Youth Action Team in collaboration with UNICEF Bangladesh, and managing TAZRIF, an online clothing store, Sayem demonstrates a strong commitment to community development. Previous roles include President of Volunteer for Bangladesh and Vice President of Monitoring & Evaluation at JAAGO Foundation, where leadership in civic education and youth development was emphasized. Sayem Arafat holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from North South University and has actively participated in numerous volunteer and student organization activities throughout university studies.
