Matthew Murphy

Matthew Murphy has held a variety of positions since 2002. In that year, they began their career as an Assistant Manager with Rite Aid. In 2005, they began their work as an ESOL Teacher with Cobb County Schools, where they instructed children of linguistically and culturally diverse backgrounds in Kindergarten through 8th grade. In 2013, they joined Intelliteach as a eLearning Product Manager and Technical Training Specialist. Most recently, in 2019, they joined VolunteerHub as an Implementation and Training Manager, where they own the client onboarding experience and assists in the design and implementation of new methods to continuously improve clients' onboarding and support experience. Matthew also provides web-based training sessions and monthly webinars to new and existing clients, and maintains documentation/surveys on client satisfaction and feature requests.

Matthew Murphy's education history includes a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from Kennesaw State University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2011. Matthew also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the same university, which they obtained between 2003 and 2008. In addition, Murphy has obtained four certifications from Certiport and Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in November 2013, including Microsoft Office Excel 2010 Expert, Microsoft Office Outlook 2010, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2010, and Microsoft Office Word 2010 Expert.
